Panmure Liberum has recruited RBC Capital Markets’ former head of equity capital markets in a significant hire for the broker. 

Mark Dickenson, who left RBC Capital Markets in July last year, is set to join Panmure Liberum in a senior role, according to people familiar with the matter.
