The boutique has offered an additional award to its employees in the junior to mid-ranks as revenue surged 35%

Perella Weinberg Partners handed its junior and mid-ranking bankers an extra $10,000 award on top of bonuses after a record year for the boutique when compensation costs increased.

The boutique investment bank, which competes with larger rivals on big M&A deals, has awarded its employees at analyst through to executive director level a restricted stock award worth $10,000, according to people familiar with the matter.
