Wealth manager Shackleton is sounding out potential bidders for the firm a month after rebranding, Financial News has learned.

The business was known as Skerritts until December, and is backed by private equity firm Sovereign Capital Partners. It is led by Paul Feeney, the former boss of Quilter, one of the UK’s biggest wealth firms.
