The government is reportedly looking at rolling out an app that would require drinkers to prove their Covid-19 status on entering a pub.

People would be allowed in pubs if they could show they had been vaccinated, show they had received a recent negative Covid-19 test or show they had Covid antibodies from a previous bout of the virus.
