London School of Business and Finance founder Aaron Etingen tells Financial News which firms are driving demand for specialist investment qualifications and why City workers are looking to quit their jobs.

Etingen, who is now executive chairman at the school, set up the college in 2003 after qualifying as an accountant and then working as a turnaround analyst for a consultancy firm.
