The Mayfair advisory firm Robey Warshaw is one of the lead financial advisers to UK consumer goods company Reckitt Benckiser on its $17.9 billion takeover of Mead Johnson Nutrition.
News that the two companies were in talks broke in early February. FN reported at the time that Robey Warshaw involved in the discussions, though its exact role was not known at the time.
