Rreef Real Estate Opportunity Fund II, the real estate and infrastructure investment fund of Deutsche Asset Management, has made its latest investment by teaming up with a housing developer to acquire residential properties.

Rreef has formed a joint venture with Bainbridge Capital and has already acquired a portfolio of properties in Mid-Atlantic metro areas. The acquisition includes six apartment complexes with over 2,100 rental apartments and two properties with 400 units that are under contract for purchase.
