Saudi Arabia’s national stock exchange wants to establish a UK outpost in a bid to draw more institutional investors from overseas to the kingdom’s capital markets, Financial News can reveal.

Tadawul has appointed headhunters to staff a new European hub in the City of London, according to people familiar with the matter, who added that the plans are still at an early stage.
