Schroders CEO to donate 25% salary amid Covid-19 crisis

A scheme has also been rolled out allowing employees to voluntarily donate up to 25% of three months’ salary

Schroders chief executive Peter Harrison and chief financial officer Richard Keers will donate a quarter of their annual salaries for the next three months — as well as their long term incentives for 2020 — to Covid-19 relief efforts.

Harrison and Keers received fixed pay of £561,000 and £427,000 respectively in 2019, according to Schroders annual report. The pair received long term incentives payments in 2019 totalling £1m between them.
