Schroders has upped its use of artificial intelligence across the business, rolling out the technology to more staff and clients to help cut back on administrative tasks.

The £774bn funds giant last year introduced its in-house AI assistant, Genie, to its workforce of more than 6,000. According to Schroders, Genie now has more than 1,200 active users a day globally and around 2,400 per week.
