Ringed by the offices of UBS, Lehman Brothers and Henderson Investors, Broadgate Circle in the City of London is normally the venue for lunchtime events geared to the interests of investment bankers – sports car promotions, golf-putting competitions, human table football, and the like.
However, last week, passers-by at Broadgate were bemused by the riveting entertainment sponsored by the Lancaster office cleaning company. For some reason, the company decided that what bankers really need is to learn to line-dance.
