Singer Capital Markets has hired two senior advisers from rival Davy to lead its investment banking division as the City broker reshuffles roles following a review.

Sara Hale and Graham Hertrich have joined Singer as head of investment banking and deputy head of investment banking, respectively, according to a statement.
