This is when investors should pile into oil, according to JPMorgan

JPMorgan analysts said the uncertainty over the trajectory of demand due to the Covid-19 pandemic is too great to make any decisions now

Investors should wait until December before deciding whether to buy oil, according to US investment bank JPMorgan, as countries continue to grapple with the Covid-19 pandemic and demand for the commodity remains low.

In a 15 October note on the oil markets, the JPMorgan analysts said that the uncertainty over the trajectory of demand due to the Covid-19 pandemic is too great to make a decision now.
