Societe Generale, the French bank, has announced a number of senior appointments. Anne Marion-Bouchacourt has been appointed as chief country officer for China, effective July 15. She is currently chairmanof the bank's China business. Didier Hauguel has been appointed as chief country officer for Russia. As well as carrying out his role as head of specialised financial services and insurance, he will supervise all of the group's activities in Russia. He continues as chairman of Rusfinance Bank. Hauguel will also become chairman of the board at Rosbank and chair of Delta Credit in June. Eduardo-Malo Henry has been appointed head of group human resources, replacing Marion-Bouchacourt. He will also join the executive committee. Jean Marc-Giraud will replace Malo Henry as head of the inspection and audit division. He will also join the general management committee. Francis Repka has been appointed group chief country officer for Brazil, effective July 1. He will also supervise the bank's corporate and investment banking activity across Latin America, including Mexico, Peru and Chile. He replaces Francois Dossa, who has left the bank. In Brazil Repka will manage the corporate and investment banking and will supervise specialised financial services and insurance entities. Guido Zoeller was named chief country officer for corporate and investment banking in Germany. He was previously head of coverage and investment banking for Germany and Austria.
