French bank Societe Generale is offering its UK employees the chance to spend up to 90% of their working week away from the office, as large banks in the City continue to overhaul their operations amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
The bank, which has around 3,600 staff in the UK, was working towards more flexible working even before the pandemic hit, but is now considering plans to let some employees in the country come into the office for a only few days every month in the future, according to its group country head for the UK, Christophe Lattuada.
