Timothy Ng, formerly global head of mergers and acquisitions at SoundView Technology Group, a technology-focused securities firm, has joined Deutsche Bank as a managing director in US technology investment banking.

Ng will be based in San Francisco and report to Tor Braham, Deutsche's co-head of technology investment banking, and James Stynes, head of mergers and acquisitions in the Americas.
