SP Mergers, the UK specialist mergers and acquisitions boutique, has formed an affiliation with US investment banking firm Peter J Solomon.

SP Mergers was set up in 1996 by Christopher Shaw, who has been working in M&A both in the US and UK for over 30 years. The firm has offices in London, Paris and New York.
