Tracy Clarke, the chief executive of Standard Chartered in Europe and the Americas, has been appointed to the board of alternative lender Greensill Capital as a non-executive director.

Clarke intends to step down from her roles at Standard Chartered, where she is also global chief of the bank's private banking division, at the start of 2021.
