Stifel poaches Citi banker Didier to bolster healthcare coverage

The US bank has said it wants to focus on advisory functions after acquiring boutique Bryan Garnier in January

Stifel has poached a senior Citigroup dealmaker for its investment bank in Paris as it continues to bolster its business in the French capital.

The bank has hired Jean-Baptiste Didier as a managing director within its Paris office, according to a statement. He was latterly head of sponsor coverage in France at Citigroup, where he spent five years.
