Suez uses three banks for simultaneous sales

In an unusual move Suez, the French water group, has used Morgan Stanley, Schroder Salomon Smith Barney (SSSB) and UBS Warburg to simultaneously sell stakes in three different companies.

One banker said: "Theoretically the banks could have been competing for the same investors but things worked out. Some investors probably bought all three stocks."
