Texas Capital shares rise 9% after $66m IPO

Shares in Texas Capital Bancshares, the holding company of Texas Capital Bank, rose 9% on their first day of trading, continuing the recent trend of strong aftermarket performance for US initial public offerings.

Lehman Brothers was lead manager for the $66m (€58.4m) IPO, the company's second attempt to float after it abandoned its IPO plans last October due to difficult market conditions.
