
I'm a female junior banker and I've been pulling stupid hours recently. It doesn't feel sustainable. I'm stressed all the time and it's started to affect my health (I have back problems). Any advice?
Traditional advice would be that you need to make sure you eat well, sleep well, get some exercise and start meditating. All very sensible, but when you are so strapped for time that you are struggling to see your boyfriend or make sure you have clean clothes each day, it can be a little impractical.
