I’ve recently transferred from New York to the London office of my company and I am finding it difficult to get feedback from my English boss. Any tips?

It is often said that the English and Americans are two countries separated by a common language. I find the same is true for my Dutch, Scandinavian and German colleagues, who all complain that the English are dreadful at speaking their minds in the office.
