A report into the impacts of menopause on the City is urging greater support of women, and an end to the culture of silence and stigma that surrounds the condition and leads to them leaving the sector.

Women are also stepping back from applying for senior roles because of the impacts of menopause and the lack of support around their circumstances, a report said, released on 18 October to coincide with World Menopause Day.
