Consulting group Willis Towers Watson is setting up a platform to help investors find hedge fund managers. Here is an explainer of what the project is all about.

What is it?
The Asset Management Exchange, known as AMX, is a "marketplace" that will let investors shop around for hedge fund managers. At present, small and medium-sized investors often strike individual deals with hedge fund managers, with varying degrees of success on terms and fees.
