The government has appointed a top City lawyer to chair a review into how London can remain a top destination for stock market listings through changes to investment research rules.
Hogan Lovells senior financial services partner Rachel Kent will oversee a review into the UK’s research and investment landscape and come up with steps to "enhance London’s status as Europe’s leading listings destination", according to a statement from the Treasury.
