Thorpe has worked on private equity firm Terra Firma’s acquisition of Four Seasons Healthcare and Novartis on its acquisitions of Genoptix and Alcon. At a global level, Goldman is currently ranks first in Dealogic’s healthcare M&A rankings for the year to date, having advised on $17.9bn worth of deals, and is currently working on the $2.2bn acquisition of Danish firm Dako by the US’s Agilent Technologies.
