Andrew Dalgleish, a member of the transition management team at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, has left to join rival firm Barclays Global Investors.

Dalgleish was an assistant vice-president on the client servicing side of MLIM's transition team, which oversees the transfer of billions of pounds in assets from one fund manager to another.
