Travers Smith’s woes mount as M&A partner leaves for Linklaters

Travers Smith has taken another hit in the City, this time losing one of its M&A partners to Magic Circle stalwart Linklaters. 

Richard Spedding, an M&A partner in Travers Smith’s corporate M&A and equity capital markets group, joined in 1999 after spending five years as an associate at Freshfields. He was promoted to partner in 2003.
