Two of JP Morgan's London-based cash equities sales staff have left. Simon Bond, head of UK institutional sales and a vice-president, is joining boutique broker Redburn Partners. Sean Heath, head of hedge fund sales, will go to Ruby Capital Partners, a London hedge fund set up by Steven Rubens, former head of European proprietary trading at Swiss Re.

A JP Morgan spokeswoman confirmed the departures.
