UBS has replaced the head of its London-based trading venue for buying and selling shares after the departure of its long-serving president.

Mark Goodman, head of electronic execution at the bank, will become president of UBS MTF, the multilateral trading facility. His appointment comes after equities veteran Richard Semark left the bank in December.
