UBS has hired a former JPMorgan banker to co-head its leveraged finance origination business in Europe as the Swiss bank looks to gain market share in the sector.
Ryan Dawson, who has worked at JPMorgan, Nomura and Merrill Lynch, has been appointed co-head of leveraged finance origination for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
