Peter Burnett and Mark Dowie, joint heads of Asian corporate finance at UBS Warburg, have lured ABN Amro's former head of Korean corporate finance to take on the same role at the Swiss bank.
Jae Hong Lee was at ABN Amro for less than two years, and is well acquainted with UBS Warburg's business, having worked in the bank's corporate finance group previously, between 1996 and 2000. ABN Amro has yet to find a replacement for Lee, although a spokesman at the Dutch bank said it was "searching for a high-level replacement."
