Mid-market buyout house Livingbridge has appointed associate director Rebecca Hooley to lead its US office, which is now open for business in Boston, FN's sister publication Private Equity News reports.

Hooley, who joined the firm in 2015, is splitting her time between London and Boston and will move to the US in December, a spokesman for Livingbridge said. She is a member of the firm’s 12- strong value creation team, which works with management teams at Livingbridge's portfolio companies.
