US broker Clear Street targets business wins with UK asset managers and hedge funds

US firm has grown London headcount to around 70 since entering the UK market in December

US broker Clear Street plans to expand its UK business to outsourced trading and prime brokerage this year, as the $2.1bn fintech firm targets British asset managers.

Jacinda Fahey, chief executive of Clear Street UK and Europe, told Financial News that the firm’s British arm plans to launch outsourced trading in September.
