Jeremy Walsh has been promoted to head of European frequent issuer syndicate in its London-based fixed income unit.

Walsh, who is based in London, will also assume responsibility for debt syndicate primary risk management. The syndicate desk is traditionally the fixed income hub at which origination, execution, sales and trading converge.
