Wells Fargo has installed former JPMorgan dealmaker Fernando Rivas as sole head of its investment bank as the Wall Street bank continues to build out the division.

Rivas, the former head of North America investment banking at JPMorgan, joined Wells Fargo last year as co-CEO of its corporate and investment banking division alongside Jon Weiss.
