3i, Europe's largest listed private equity group, has reshuffled its senior management in a bid to expand its influence in Asia and develop its infrastructure practice.

The private equity group, which yesterday announced interim results showing overall returns of 9.3%, revealed that Chris Rolands, managing partner in the group's global markets division, will relocate from London to the Singapore office.
