3i is set to float Pinewood Shepperton, the UK movie production company involved with 18 James Bond films, in a move that values the company at roughly £100m (€150m).

The UK-listed private equity firm has retained Cazenove as sponsor, financial adviser and bookrunner for the proposed flotation. Nick Garrett, a director at Cazenove, said he expected the company to publish a pathfinder prospectus in two to four weeks' time.
