Almost 90% of the signatories to a government initiative to get more women into top roles in finance that have made their diversity targets public have said they want females in at least 30% of senior roles by 2021.
Commenting on an update to the Women in Finance Charter showing 88 of 93 signatories had now published their aims, the UK Treasury said 77, or 87.5%, had committed to having women in at least 30% of senior posts in the next four years.
