Allen & Overy has hired four banking partners from rival law firm Norton Rose, as it embarks on the restructuring of its levaraged finance practice in line with the largest bulge bracket banks.

Andrew Bamber, Tim Polglase, Robin Harvey and Clive Wells, four of Norton Rose's most talented banking and finance partners, have joined Allen & Overy and will be joining a new enlarged leveraged finance team run by Tony Keal and Stephen Gillespie.
