Proskauer Rose is making a major finance play in London with team hires from A&O Shearman and Cahill Gordon & Reindel.

A&O’s former banking co-head Philip Bowden is moving to US law firm Proskauer alongside leveraged finance partner Megan Lawrence, according to people familiar with the situation.
