UK breakdown firm The AA has hired Morgan Stanley to be joint corporate broker alongside Cenkos Securities, extending a streak of broking wins for the US bank over the past 12 months.

The AA issued a statement this morning confirming the appointment. It comes four months after the company completed an initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange which resulted in the exit of its private equity owners, Charterhouse Capital, Capital Partners and Permira Advisers.
