Aberdeen Asset Management is buying Themis Investment Management, a tracker fund specialist, from CCF Charterhouse, now part of HSBC Holdings.

Aberdeen, which was advised by Intelli, is paying £1.5m (€2.4m) for Themis as well as £2.2m for the net assets.
