Aberdeen targets robo-advisory with new hire

New head of digital tasked with developing standalone automated advice service for third-party clients

Aberdeen Asset Management has hired a new digital head to develop a standalone robo-advisory business for third-party clients.

Martin Jennings, former UK chief executive at technology provider FNZ, has been appointed head of Aberdeen Digital to administer robo services on behalf of independent financial advisers, pension providers and consumer companies, including retailers and banks.
