ABN Amro appoints Bartle to run FX trading

ABN Amro has promoted Patrick Bartle to the newly created role of global head of foreign exchange cash trading in its financial markets group.

Bartle joined the Dutch bank in 1997. He was previously head of North America FX trading, based in Chicago. He will relocate to Amsterdam to assume his new role, which will involve co-ordinating ABN Amro's global trading books for cash, spot and non-derivative FX products.
