Emerging market investor Abraaj Group has teamed up with Tiba Group, a large education services provider in Egypt, to form a new company called Education Management Company.

The company, which will provide management support services to education institutions in Egypt, will be looking to add other education businesses into the fold, Ahmed Badreldin, partner and regional head of Middle East and North Africa for the Abraaj Group, told Financial News.
