Williams de Broë, the London-based stockbroking subsidiary of ING, is to outsource the processing of its institutional and private client operations to ADP Wilco, in a bid to reduce costs.

In this seven-year agreement, Williams de Broë will be the first company to use ADP Wilco's single-solution outsourcing service for both institutional and retail securities transaction processing.
