Advent International, a global private equity firm, has braved the cold climate of the telecommunications industry and bought Europe's largest data processing company for roaming mobile phone operators.

Multinational Automated Clearing House (Mach) was sold by MIC Systems, a subsidiary of US telecommunication company Millicom International Cellular, for €100m ($101.2m).
