A new study of Warren Buffett's portfolio by a UK-based artificial intelligence startup has estimated that more than $10bn of the legendary stock-picker's holdings are vulnerable to short-selling hedge funds.

Irithmics, which uses deep-learning AI to study market data, will publish its analysis of Berkshire Hathaway’s public holdings later this year. The findings will highlight the investments that are at risk on account of hedge fund positions.
